I came to coaching with thirty years as an entrepreneur. Founded my first company at seventeen and several since; the marketing firm Qbd Dimensional and co-founded the SaaS platform rezora. I’ve held corporate roles as well.
I know what it’s like to build a company; to get funded, to create a workplace with dignity, to have an exit. I also know the feeling when payroll is due, of losing the badly needed client, of telling the board we’ll miss our numbers. I’ve been on the journey you’re on.
More, I know the quest to be whole in the midst of it all.
I became a coach because I believe that work can manifest our one true path in this world. I want you to find that path.

The Hebrew prophet Jeremiah wrote that we can become “like the tree planted by the stream … whose roots reach deep into the water … who do not fear when the heat comes … who never fail to bear fruit.”
This I hope for my clients; that they would richly inhabit their own unique and incomparable lives. That they would drink deeply from the water of life and grow into who they are created to become. That the endeavors of their soul would find them and they would live to see their legacy become real.
^ I hold an ACC certification from the International Coach Federation and received my training in Evidence-based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University. I also hold a BS in Business Management and an MA in Experiential Education, both from the University of Colorado.
