Coaching is a partnership designed to unlock your potential.

Coaching is a series of intentional conversations—about you and your development as a leader.

What values are most important to you? What drives your creativity? How do your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions shape the way you lead? What patterns are ready to shift?

Many leaders haven’t paused to explore these kinds of questions. I create the space to do exactly that. Often, the most meaningful insights come from simply hearing yourself say what you’ve never said before.

The Work

We’ll work hard in coaching. Your potential deserves it.

Our sessions blend reflective dialogue and structured inquiry, rooted in evidence-based practice. This approach creates space for meaningful self-discovery, leadership decision-making, and growth. We draw from both coaching principles and behavioral science.

While coaching is future-focused, your past holds important clues. Together, we’ll explore the experiences, environments, and relationships that have shaped your story—and use those insights to guide your path forward.

We’ll clarify your goals, create actionable plans, revisit them often, and ensure your growth is intentional, sustainable, and aligned with what matters most to you.

What Coaching Isn’t

Coaching is not psychotherapy. Coaching services provided by ThriveHuman are separate from any mental health service. Coaching is not any form of mental health treatment and does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions or disorders. Coaching sessions are focused on personal growth, goal-setting, decision-making, and leadership development. They are guided by coaching best practices and the ICF Code of Ethics, and do not constitute psychotherapy as defined by Colorado statutes. Individuals seeking mental health support should consult a licensed mental health professional. Individuals experiencing a crisis or emergency should immediately contact publicly available crisis services, such as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or local emergency services.
